The Samani family purchased their first retail store in North West London in 1983. As a member of Londis they expanded their estate, buying, developing and selling-on successful businesses to the likes of Alldays, Balfour, and Sainsbury. 

Their vast experience and knowledge of the retail sector, and the recognition to work closely with suppliers and disciplined retailers to achieve a resilient and thriving independent sector, enabled them to embark on launching Premier Wholesale (UK) Limited in 1998, from a 20,000sq.t depot close to the centre of Harrow in North West London, initially as a member of the Sterling Super Group, and in 2003 becoming members of Landmark.

With the continued support from Landmark and suppliers the company recently won the prestigious Federation of Wholesale Gold Award 2004, which was an outstanding achievement.
